Had a great shoot today. We had the fortune of getting one of our beautful former brides to come and pose for us and the stylist on the shoot was none other than our model from the previous Hollywood session, Amanda.
Amanda selected the wardrobe for the shoot and did Myra’s hair and makeup.

I just recently got back from a wedding on the beach in Malibu. We had a great time, and the Bride and Groom were great fun to work with. Here are a few quick pics from the wedding.

Had a chance recently to do a wedding with “The Groove Merchants”. What a great band. It was great fun photographing their performance and the fun as they worked with the crowd. They eventually took a break and I grabbed this image of the brass section:

We have struggled with our old server for some time now and I am so releaved the new server and site is finally up
This is just the latest step in a whole I.T. upgrade we’re doing this spring. Of course I had to take on this project in the middle of the spring season. Oh well. Hard work makes for … umm… wait!!! isn’t it a dull boy! Oh my Gawdddddd…
Oh Well, at least we get to take some pretty pictures on the weekend. Here’s one now…

I’ve been fortunate. Fortuate to have had some of the best customers a photogrpaher could hope for.
Most of you know me. I’ve been a professional wedding and portrait photographer for over 30 years. But I just want to take a moment and thank those customers who have honored me with their business in the last three or four years. They have been the best.
Our studio has undergone more changes in that time than in all the other years combined. Our advancements in digital photography, our 2 or 3 photographer approach to weddings, our unique post production techniques, our presentation techniques, and also our new line of coffee table book albums have all lead to a dramatic increase in business. Much more than I ever would have hoped for.
Growth like that is hard to manage. Combined with our advanced production methods we soon found ourselves swamped and barely able to breath. But fortunaly that has all passed now and things have settled down to a nice manageable level.
I want to wish all of our great customers a wonderful holiday and new year. Thank you for giving me the chance to know you. It is a honor to be trusted with somebody’s wedding and I am so glad you let me be a part of your day.
